within New Zealand and Australia over the past 12 years. We
provide a vital link in the overall success of your organisation's
decision to relocate by ensuring minimal downtime and we can
play a key role in the change management opportunities that
a move brings. We work alongside construction teams, architects,
independent project management companies, moving and logistics
organisations, furniture manufacturers and suppliers, internal
project managers, IS and business unit representatives.
The successful management of a large and/or
complex relocation requires many specialised skills, which
are rarely found in-house.
Beware of underestimating the amount of detailed
planning involved in having your business up and running on
Day 1 in a new location - or even on the same day.
We'll identify roles and responsibilities, constraints,
resourcing requirements, and then plan, document and co-ordinate
all activities
for both the pre-move, move and post move phases. We'll prepare
and manage detailed inventories, workstation allocation spreadsheets,
RFPs for any services that need to be outsourced, develop
risk management plans, help with orientation to new facilities
and we'll keep you fully informed at all times. A dedicated
B&W Relocation Project Manager will be on site for every
move and most importantly, we'll also be there for Day 1 support.
