| Robyn Richards |
Director and founder of B&W Consulting, Robyn
has been managing large and challenging relocation
projects for more than 12 years. From an organisational
development background within the telecommunications
industry, Robyn joined one of New Zealand's largest
project management companies in the late 90's where
she planned and executed the move of staff, approximately
400 patients and clinical and non-clinical services
at Auckland, Greenlane, National Women's Hospitals.
She formed B&W Consulting in 2004 and continues
to grow its reputation and range of services today.

|
An experienced project and change manager,
Annette has a strong background in both private and public
sector organisations within New Zealand and Australia. Annette's
recent work has been for Telecom New Zealand, planning and
managing:
-
2010 - the relocation of approximately
3500 Telecom staff into the new Telecom Place and within
existing Auckland buildings. Literally hundreds of Call
Centre staff were part of these relocations.

2011 - the relocation of approximately
2000 Telecom staff in Wellington.
-
2011 - the challenging internal reshuffle
of approximately 1500 staff within Telecom Place over
one weekend. The project also required smaller moves of
people into and out of Telecom Place.
Prior to the Telecom challenges Annette planned and managed
relocations for the Ministry of Justice, Counties Manukau
District Health Board and the University of Auckland.

| Lisa Rutherford |
Lisa is currently planning and managing
the return of Collections and staff to the refurbished National
Library building in Wellington. This project is hugely complex
requiring incredible attention to detail to meet the client's
exacting standards. The move of the collections is expected
to take approximately 6 months.
In January 2011 Lisa completed the planning and management
of the relocation of approx 2500 Inland Revenue staff in
Wellington. Staff were originally spread between nine x
CBD buildings and were relocated into three x CBD buildings.
The move included a Call Centre, evidentiary material, a
Library, large holdings of records and a significant amount
of re-use furniture. Prior to the IRD project Lisa was engaged
for 2 years on the BNZ Major Buildings Project as a Project
Coordinator and Project Manager.

| Pamela Mann |
Pamela's main focus is planning and managing
relocations for the University of Auckland. This client offers
a huge variety of relocation projects with many high density
storage units, furniture, libraries of slides, DVDs, laboratories,
and call centres in the mix.
Pamela has also managed relocations for Goodman Fielder,
Auckland Council (Super City), and assisted with the huge
2011 Auckland Telecom move. Pamela continues through 2011
working on both the Auckland Council and University projects.

| Andrea Geary |
Andrea joined the B&W team in August 2010 Andrea has since
then has primarily been planning and managing the relocations
for the Auckland Council (Super City). Since the first move
in 2010, B&W have relocated approximately 4000 Council staff.
Andrea was also the B&W lead to accommodate the Transport
CCO at the Council offices in Waitakere. Prior to joining B&W
Andrea worked alongside B&W on the relocation of the National
Library's Auckland premises. Andrea has considerable project
management experience gained over recent years.
