Stuff has worked with B&W for four years, engaging them for a number of relocations, consolidations and re-stacking of premises from Auckland to Invercargill.
B&W has project managed our moves, working with us to scope, plan and execute projects on time and within budget. Projects have included moving from traditional ways of working to Activity Based Working.

Having experienced a relocation that did not go to plan, we engaged B&W Consulting to cost, plan and oversee our business move.
Given that our business has several operational aspects, the move was complex and it was critical that the move was executed efficiently so as not to have any customer impact. Our interaction with Julia was excellent, the move was well planned and the execution using two specialised removal companies was to schedule and totally painless.
B&W have been providing relocation project management services to Spark since 2010.
Relocations have included the occupation of key buildings in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton as well as re-stacks and business as usual moves.
B&W have an exceptional “can do” approach and always deliver. As a consequence, B&W continue to provide project resources to Spark when required.
B&W Consulting were first engaged by Fonterra in 2012 to assist with Project Revive which encompassed re-stacking, refurbishment and internal relocations at the Princes Street Fonterra Centre.
When Fonterra needed assistance with setting up and relocating teams into the Experience Centre and then to relocate approximately 1600 staff in to the new Fonterra Centre in 2016, B&W were an obvious choice.
B&W have an exceptional “can do” approach and always deliver. As a consequence, B&W continue to provide project resources to Fonterra when required.
I have engaged B&W Consulting on two quite different relocation projects of approximately 500 and 400 staff respectively.
The B&W methodology uses sound processes and engages with the client to ensure that nothing is overlooked. Robyn and her team are extremely efficient and ensure that all pre and post move activities are covered – resulting in smooth transition and very few issues.
I would not hesitate to use B&W consulting again in the future.
