B&W worked with Massey University to ensure a seamless go live of their new Innovation Complex late 2022. B&W’s role included detailed planning for laboratory equipment moves, dangerous goods and ensuring that critical down-sizing occurred pre move.

Planning and management for the occupation of ACG’s new Auckland Campus

2017
Relocation Project Managers for the occupation of the new Performing Arts Centre “Te Auaha”. This unique project included the relocation of specialised teaching spaces and associated equipment associated with Recording Studios, Hair and Beauty, Film, Dance, Jewellery and more.

Significant relocations include:
– Occupation of Owen G Glen
– Relocation of Scientific Laboratories to enable the Science Build and return of Labs to new/refurbished spaces
