Government Facility Relocations

If you’re planning to relocate a government facility, you’ll know that there are a multitude of important considerations.

Getting a team of experienced specialist project managers involved at the outset will help reduce the overwhelm and ensure a seamless relocation.

B&W Consulting have been supporting Government departments with their relocations since 2005. We have successfully project managed numerous relocations for a range of different government departments. Some of our current and past clients include NZ Defence Force, Ministry of Justice, NZ Police, as well as a number of other Departments and Ministries.

Large government departments can require the relocation of literally thousands of individual items ranging from furniture, desktop hardware, servers, printers, shelving and secure documents.  Each item requires mapping from its current location to its new location.

When you entrust B&W Consulting with the project management of your relocation, you can rest assured we have proven methodology to make the transition as seamless as possible.

What do you need to consider during a government facility move?
